1.) Write all your resolutions down, even the absolutely crazy ones and then stick them up somewhere where you will see them all the time. Writing them all down and putting them somewhere you will constantly see them will remind you of them and make you think of them 24/7. Stick them on your mirror while doing your makeup or put them on the fridge where you get your food... yes I know your secret for your obsession of food.
2.) Ask yourself questions about your resolutions all the time. For example if one of your resolutions is going to the gym more, ask yourself what you are going to wear or when you are going to go. This will make you more excited to actually go because you are planning it out.
3.) Create a schedule and put it on your wall. One of my resolutions is to drink more water so if I write down a schedule of when I am going to drink more water, such as drink water every hour, then I am more likely to go and do it.
4.) When you are bored don't go on your phone or watch TV. One of your resolutions might be to eat more healthy. Instead of sitting there scrolling through instagram you could get up and make yourself something healthy to eat, even if it is just a fruit bowel. You will feel so much better after eating it and it is fun to make as well!
